Terms & Policy

The minimum order amount is $100.00 per order.  All merchandises are shipped from Sacramento, California.  All prices are subject to change without notice.  Show prices and specials are only good at the shows only.  Season’s sale and quantity order discounts are available.  All backorder less than $50.00 will not be shipped.

A minimum of 50% deposit is required for all custom orders.  Please call us to determine your discounts.

First time orders must paid with a credit card or prepaid.  We do not ship C.O.D.  Net 30 – day term is open on approved credit and previous orders total of $2000.00.  All net 30 – day accounts inactive for more than 12 months must submit new credit references to re-activate their account.

A finance charge of 1.5 % per month will be charge on overdue invoices.  All accounts with a history of NSF checks, past due amounts, collections or refusal of merchandise and non order for more than 12 months may be cause for an account to be placed on credit card or prepaid status only.  The customer is responsible for all collection cost and attorney fees, as well as, at the rate of 1.5% finance charge per month on any unpaid balances or the maximum rate allowed under applicable law.

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.  All claims must be reported to America & Asia Trading Co. within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. No credit will be made without our claim forms.  No claims will be accepted after thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise.  Any returns without our authorization will not be accepted.  A 10% re-shocking fee will be charged if merchandise is not received in the original inner box.  Customers will be responsible for all freight charges on any unauthorized return merchandise.

All orders are shipped via UPS, FED EX or trucking, unless customers request their own freight company, due to the nature of some merchandise, some items will be shipped on oversize cartons, which may result in higher freight charges.

All customers are required by law to supply America & Asia Trading Co. with a resale number.

Most merchandise from America & Asia Trading Co. is handcrafted.  There will always be some variations in color, texture, and finish. These are not considered flaws.
